We want you to feel elegant and confident in your Veni Infantino selection; however, if your garment is not the perfect fit, you may return it within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure all items remain unworn, with original tags attached and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully fold the garment and place it back in its original designer box, ensuring all protective tissue and security tags are intact.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel, covering any previous delivery marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized courier point and retain your proof of postage until your refund has been processed by our quality team.
